The earlier you book the better chance you have of securing your date. All picnics must be booked 48 hours in advance.

If you need to reschedule, this has to be done 24 hours in advance to your scheduled picnic time. Please keep in mind all fees paid are non-refundable.

We do not schedule picnics on days with forecast predicting 30% chance of rain or more. If you happen to have a picnic already scheduled and the forecast predicts rain we provide you an opportunity to reschedule, change your location to indoors, or get a refund. 

Yes! Keep in mind when booking in a hotel we can not set up a canopy. In the event you are booking for a hotel room please inform your picnic planner!

Yes! we can setup indoors and outdoors.

Absolutely! You are more than welcomed to bring your own food and drinks. Every picnic comes with complimentary water. We also offer add-ons in the case you'd like a charcuterie board or food pick-up!

No! We handle the setup and clean up, all you're responsible for is showing up and having a great time.

Yes, if you plan on leaving early please notify us via phone call or text at least 30 minutes prior. You are responsible for all picnic items until we arrive.

Your picnic starts at the time you selected when you book, if you are running late please let your planner know ahead of time.
